Definition
An item that demonstrably offers additional support to local biodiversity by providing native plant and/or animal species with food, water, breeding opportunities and/or safety.

Would you like to request labels for multiple themes? You can do this all in 1 form. So you do not need to fill in a form for each theme.
Requesting a sustainability certification mark
Do you sell a product range that has a certification mark? Then it is possible to request one or more labels through the following steps:
- Check whether your product range meets the criteria for the desired label (see themes);
- Download "Request_Form_Sustainability_Marks" using the button below and indicate per EAN which certification mark your item carries. Does the certification mark apply to the entire brand? Then fill in the tab ‘brandlevel’ with the name of the brand and the certification mark.
- Upload the proof of your sustainability marks so we can be sure your product range qualifies.
- Fill in the form and click 'send'. The form can be found on every theme page. See the menu on the left.
- You will receive a response within 2 working days.
