Definition
An item of which (part of) the proceeds go to a recognised charity. This charity has an ANBI status or a CBF quality mark.

An item must carry one of the marks or labels below to qualify for a label.
Labels for multiple themes
Do you want to request labels for multiple themes? You can do this all in 1 form. So you don't need to fill out a form for each theme.
Requesting a sustainability label
Do you sell a product range yourself that has a mark or quality label? Then it is possible to request one or more labels via the following steps:
- Check whether your product range meets the criteria of the desired label (see themes);
- Download "Application_Form_Sustainability_Labels" using the button below and specify per EAN which quality label your item carries. Does the quality label apply to the entire brand? Then fill out the 'brandlevel' tab with the brand name and the quality label.
- Upload the proof of your sustainability labels so we can be sure your product range qualifies.
- Fill out the form and click 'submit'. The form can be found on every theme page. See the menu on the left for this.
- You will receive a response within 2 business days.
