Definition
An item where (a portion of) the proceeds go to a recognized charity. This charity has an ANBI status or a CBF certification mark.

An item must carry one of the certification marks or labels below to qualify for a label.

Would you like to request labels for multiple themes? You can do this all in 1 form. So you do not need to fill out a form per theme.
Requesting a sustainability label
Do you sell a product range that carries a certification mark or label? Then you can request one or more labels through the following steps:
- Check if your product range meets the criteria of the desired label (see themes);
- Download "Aanvraagformulier_Duurzaamheidskenmerken" via the button below and indicate per EAN which certification mark your item carries. Does the certification mark apply to the entire brand? Then fill in the tab ‘brandlevel’ with the name of the brand and the certification mark.
- Upload the proof of your sustainability labels so we can be sure your product range qualifies.
- Fill out the form and click 'submit'. The form can be found on every theme page. See the menu on the left.
- You will receive a response within 2 business days.
