Samsung and LG white goods
As of January 20, 2026, new conditions apply to the Samsung and LG white goods product range. These additional conditions apply in addition to the current selling rights and are now also applicable to the product categories within the white goods product range. If you wish to offer Samsung and/or LG items from the list below, we kindly ask you to submit an application for selling rights here.
For partners currently offering items within the Samsung and LG white goods product range, a sell-off period applies. The sell-off period is 1 month per year you have been active on the seller account, with a maximum of 6 months. We round the sell-off period up. For example, if you have been active for 2 years and 1 month, your sell-off period will be 3 months. You may then sell the product range until April 20, 2026. If you wish to continue selling these items, it is important that you apply for new selling rights before this date.
New additional condition for Samsung and LG white goods
As a partner, in addition to the current conditions, you must demonstrate a proven reputation and a track record of at least one year in the market for Samsung and/or LG white goods. This can be done, for example, by sharing aggregated sales data, an existing webshop, or another existing sales channel (such as on another platform). The information we require from you will become clear during the online application process.*
*If you share information, please redact any data not required for assessment. This includes, for example, confidential or commercially sensitive information such as purchase prices and conditions. Only then can we process your application.
